What We Are Drinking:

Jefferson's Reserve & Voodoo Brewery 2 Live Gran Cru

Tasting Notes:
Jefferson's is a little spicy upfront; however, very smooth on the finish.
The Grand Cru is a very well done stout as it not overly syrupy and can definitely taste a few bourbon notes.

Prairie Artisan Ales, Pirate Noir
Tasting Notes:
I'm a huge fan of what Prairie does, their barreling program is incredibly well done. Sometimes it can be a little tough to pick up the nuanced flavors of different spirits infused into the beer from the barrels but this is rummy in a great way.

3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze

Tasting Notes:
As of late, I’ve been drinking a lot of Traditional Belgian Lambic Ales. In honor of knocking out our first Wild Ale at Trace Brewing. Looking forward to seeing how our beer compares to these Beautiful ales from Fonteinen and Gueuzerie.
Oude Gueuze Tilquin à l'Ancienne
